Wir möchten unser Einfamilienhaus Bj. 98 (Niedrigenergie, aber leider mit Nachtspeicher und Direktstrom beheizt)mit einer Erdwärmeheizung energieefizent sanieren. Da kommem erhebliche Kosten auf uns zu. Wir wohnen in Sachsen. Die SAB vergibt nur Kredite wenn man in einem förderfähigen Landkreis wohnt (ist nicht) oder die Hausfinazierung noch bei der SAB hat (leider schon umgeschuldet)Die KfW vergibt zinsgünstige Kredite für Häuser vor Bj. 1995. Also fallen wir in kein Raster. Hat jemand noch eine Idee wer günstig finanziert, wir könnten nächstes Jahr den Kredit voll abbezahlen?

Wenn die Zinsen auf das eigene angelegte Geld höher als die Zinsen für den Kredit sind, dann kann man von einem lohnenswerten Kredit sprechen. In kaum einem anderen Bereich kann sowas erreicht werden.
